The Growth Plan provides structured strategic support across two business domains. Perfect for growing teams, department heads, or startup leads managing multiple priorities, it includes four advisory sessions per month to support consistent decision-making.
Four (4) sessions per month
60 minutes each session
Access to up to two (2) consulting domains
Domains must be selected before the first session of the billing month
Domains can only be changed at the start of the next billing month
Additional domain (3rd domain) may be added (additional charge may apply).
Advisory-only format; no documentation or deliverables included
Conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet (default)
In-person sessions available at JKNC Cebu office upon prior request (no additional charge)
Sessions may be held at the client’s office within Metro Cebu (additional charges may apply)
For sessions outside Metro Cebu, travel charges and per diem will apply
Sessions must be used within the billing month
Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable
Billing begins three (3) days before the end of each month
Minimum subscription term: six (6) months
24 hours’ notice required; missed sessions may be forfeited
₱2,000 per session
Requires minimum 72-hour advance notice
