This deliverable is governed by JKNC’s Deliverable-Based Consulting Lifecycle, as outlined in the official consulting manual:

  1. Pre-Onboarding
    Clients submit their interest via our website form or a scheduled consultation. The BMC is limited strictly to the Strategy Consulting domain.

  2. Discovery Phase
    A Lead Consultant conducts a structured strategy interview to understand your business context, revenue logic, and challenges. No work proceeds until insights are confirmed.

  3. Proposal & Engagement Terms
    JKNC sends a formal quotation. Work begins only after you approve the cost and scope in writing.

  4. Client Onboarding
    A consultant is assigned. Supporting documents and engagement boundaries are formally aligned.

  5. Document Compliance
    Required documents must be submitted before execution to ensure accuracy and protect both parties.

  6. Execution Kickoff
    JKNC begins drafting, with Associate Consultants handling research and content development.

  7. Internal Peer Review
    A senior reviewer validates strategic alignment, formatting, and quality against JKNC’s internal standards.

  8. Delivery
    Final canvas is delivered in PDF or editable format. A walkthrough session is available upon request.

  9. Continuity or Closure
    Clients may book an executive workshop (see below) or move to another deliverable or retainer plan.

To begin, the following must be completed:

  1. JKNC Client Form

  2. 30–45 minute Discovery Session with a decision-maker

  3. Submission of basic business information (services, structure, customer profiles, revenue model)

  4. Signed Quotation Approval Form

  5. Any relevant pitch decks, org charts, or previous strategies (if available)

  1. Covers the entire business model across all 9 standard elements

  2. Strategy-only; not a feasibility study or financial projection

  3. Does not include implementation, operations, or marketing

  4. One-time output unless paired with retainer or follow-up service

  5. Workshop option available (see below)

  • Delivered as PDF and/or editable file (.docx/.pptx) (Charges may apply)

  • Standard delivery time: 15–25 business days post-Discovery

  • English (default); Filipino version available upon request

  • Conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet (default)

  • In-person session at JKNC Cebu office available (no charge)

  • Onsite delivery at client’s Metro Cebu office (transport fees may apply)

  • Travel outside Metro Cebu: subject to per diem and travel cost

Includes:

  • A 2–8 hour facilitated session (onsite)

  • Strategic walkthrough of your BMC

  • Hands-on analysis with your team to identify opportunities and gaps

  • Alignment session to connect your BMC to key business priorities

Note: Workshop is quoted separately and only available to clients who completed the BMC engagement.
