Pre-Onboarding
Client expresses intent to create a Growth Roadmap via form or consult. JKNC confirms domain (Strategy Consulting) and engagement fit.

Discovery Phase
A JKNC Lead Consultant gathers deep business insights through strategic interviews and client-provided documentation. Focus areas and growth barriers are identified before any content is created.

Proposal & Engagement Terms
You receive a formal quote and delivery timeline. No work starts until written approval.

Client Onboarding
The Lead Consultant is assigned. Scope is finalized and client roles are clarified.

Document Compliance
Client submits all required background info (financials, org chart, growth goals, bottlenecks).

Execution Kickoff
Associate consultants begin content drafting, including phased maps, milestone charts, and priorities.

Internal Peer Review
JKNC performs strategic and formatting review to ensure alignment and clarity.

Delivery
Final file is sent digitally. Walkthrough available upon request.

Continuity or Closure
Clients may proceed to a workshop, implementation deliverable, or retainer.


To begin, the following are required:

  • Completed JKNC Client Intake Form

  • Discovery Session with a decision-maker (60 minutes)

  • Business background (sales history, team structure, market strategy)

  • Growth goals and timeframe (3–12 months)

  • Approval of formal quotation

  • Covers up to 3 strategic phases (e.g., Launch, Scale, Expand)

  • Time-based structure: months or quarters

  • Focused only on strategic and operational sequencing

  • Does not include marketing plans, financial models, or HR documentation

  • Workshop optional (see below)

  • Delivered as PDF and/or editable format (.docx/.pptx) (Charges may apply)

  • English (default); Filipino version upon request

  • Delivered within 15–25 business days post-Discovery

  • Conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet (default)

  • In-person presentation available at JKNC Cebu office (no extra cost)

  • Onsite session at client’s Metro Cebu office (charges may apply)

  • Outside Metro Cebu: Travel and per diem charges apply

JKNC offers a post-delivery workshop for teams to apply and activate the roadmap.

Includes:

  • 2–4 hour strategic facilitation session

  • Interactive walkthrough of your roadmap

  • Clarification of phase-by-phase priorities

  • KPI setting and accountability discussion
