CREATION OF THE ACCREDITATION COMMITTEE
The Commission in its meeting of August 29, 2002 created the Accreditation Committee which shall be responsible for accrediting qualified institutional training providers on corporate governance and for monitoring proper conduct of the same.
The following are hereby designated to constitute said Committee:
