As defined in the Consulting Manual, JKNC follows a structured deliverable-based process:
Pre-Onboarding
Client submits request or attends consultation. Domain: Strategy Consulting only.
Discovery Phase
Lead Consultant conducts structured interviews to understand your audience, offering, and current model. No templated input. Strategic insights only.
Proposal & Engagement Terms
Quotation issued based on scope and estimated complexity. Execution begins upon client approval.
Client Onboarding
Scope confirmed. Supporting materials (product briefs, customer profiles, past decks) are collected.
Document Compliance
Client must submit all required inputs to ensure alignment and protect delivery quality.
Execution Kickoff
Drafting begins. Two consultants (Value Architect + Associate Consultant) create initial versions.
Internal Peer Review
Senior Consultant or Engagement Manager validates all content and formatting for accuracy and alignment.
Delivery
Both canvases are sent in digital format. Optional walkthrough session included upon request.
Post-Engagement
Clients may request an Executive Workshop (details below) to use both tools in strategic sessions.
